Evolution of the Chamber

The evolution of the Chamber is deeply rooted in the visionary ideals of the founder Late Shri Gurdeep Singh—a reformer, humanitarian, and tireless advocate for social inclusion and affirmative actions. With over 25 years of transformative leadership, he championed the empowerment of marginalized communities through entrepreneurship, skill development, and inclusive growth, shaping pathways of dignity and opportunity across India. His work as entrepreneurial leadership, reflected a steadfast commitment to nation-building through economic participation.

In this spirit, the Chamber of Commerce & Industry for Facility Management & Small & Medium Businesses (CCIFMSMB) was incorporated on 30 December 2020 as a non-profit, non-government organization, registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Conceived as more than an institution, CCIFMSMB represents a collective movement to strengthen India’s MSME and facility management ecosystem by fostering collaboration between enterprises, industry, policymakers, and communities.

Guided by the belief that every enterprise—irrespective of size—can drive meaningful impact when supported with the right capabilities, knowledge, and networks, the Chamber focuses on enabling sustainable growth, innovation, and social upliftment. Today, CCIFMSMB continues to advance the enduring legacy by building resilient businesses, inclusive value chains, and a future-ready ecosystem that contributes to long-term economic and social progress.
